    Total delivery time (United States) = Processing Time + Shipping Time


    All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real data from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.


    Processing

    The processing time starts on the day you place your order. It usually takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Once we have processed it, we can ship it out.


    Shipping

    All products free of charge takes 5-10 business days.


    Please note:
    Shipping may be delayed on holidays; manufacturers and courier services restrict their operations. This is beyond our control. Regular operations will resume immediately after the holidays.

    Incorrect address information, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.


    Tracking your order

    When your items are shipped, you should receive an email notification from us with a tracking number.

    If you didn't receive one or the tracking number doesn't work, it's not a problem. Contact us and we will fix the problem!


    Change your address

    We can't change the delivery address once the shipment is already on its way. If you want to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours after your order atย support@zurtie.com.ย Please note that we process and ship orders within one business day after the order is placed.


    Cancellations

    If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has shipped. Please see our refund policy if an order has already shipped.


    Unexpected delays

    Delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG (and outside of our stated time frame) to arrive, and we will help you resolve any situation we have control over!

    If you find a package damaged, please reject it and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you present, please contact customer service for further action.
